Simple agile games with no material needed...

Our experience of the ESSAP started with a mind map, as shown below:



..but there are a lot of practices both useful and funny. Take agile games, for example. Thanks to our agile web sites digger Matteo, I discovered a couple or more with no need of material that I definitely suggest to try: Me and My Shadow I already did without knowing, it's perfect to have feedback from customers, and Prune the Product Tree is also fit to mind maps that grow too large -- I mean mind maps or the like about a product or service, especially if they describe a feature set.

I role as the customer in the Open Agile Team initiative by the newborn Varese XPUG sometimes it's hard to prioritize features. 20/20 Visions is far simple but effective.

Last not least, I will suggest to try Remember the Future in the next ESSAP if so.
