Nun eĉ filmo aperis, post la tradukoj en Lernu kaj la historia enretigo de Edmundo. Interesan interagan version pretigis por italoj Nino Vessella ĉi tie, notindas la unudirekta itala-esperanta vortaro.

Picasa su Linux: questo è sí che è porting!

Come sapete, secondo me la migliore applicazione Linux dal punto di vista dell'usabilità dell'installazione è Opera, il browser: va da shell, niente casini per le distribuzioni.

Un buon esempio di porting da Windows è Picasa su Linux, che usa Mozilla e Wine. Non perde troppo in performance: se si sceglie di svilupapre prima su Windows e poi di fare il porting... Da non perdere!

Sono esterefatto: il candidato dipendente al comune di Milano Carmelo Santoro mi ha telefonato a casa con una voce preregistrata lasciando un messaggio in automatico. Lo trovo aberrante, oltre che invasivo della riservatezza ai limiti della legalità. Sembra non sia stato l'unico cittadino milanese ad essere stato telefonato in automatico... Bleah!
